Who We Are

OPTICAL FIBER & OPTICAL CABLE PRODUCTION LINE

Our optical cable workshop specializes in the R&D and mass production of communication and special optical cables. Equipped with full sets of automated production and testing equipment, we realize full-process automation including fiber processing, cabling and sheathing.

We produce general, flame-retardant, rodent-resistant, all-dielectric non-metallic and mine-specific flame-retardant optical cables. All products comply with national and industrial standards, and are widely used in mining, municipal communication, emergency safety and field engineering.

A comprehensive quality control system has been established. High-precision testing devices monitor all performance indicators throughout production to guarantee reliable quality. Supported by advanced technology and strict management, we ensure stable mass production. We supply matching cables for emergency communication products and accept customized orders, delivering premium optical cables and supporting solutions for customers at home and abroad.

INFORMATION EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION LINE

Our company has fully automatic high-speed SMT production lines equipped with advanced domestic and foreign equipment for chip mounting, optical inspection and performance testing. Featuring high automation and excellent product yield, the lines can meet the mass production demands of electronic products in various specifications. Supported by complete production facilities and strict quality control systems, we are able to achieve large-scale production of self-developed products such as emergency communication equipment and sound & light alarm systems, ensuring reliable product quality and efficient delivery.

The New Materials Workshop of our company focuses on lightweight and high-strength composite materials and builds an integrated full-chain system covering material R&D, structural design, intelligent manufacturing, performance testing and after-sales service.

It is equipped with more than 50 sets of high-precision production and testing facilities including autoclaves, automatic cutting machines and X-ray flaw detectors. A Class 100,000 clean workshop and simulation laboratory have been constructed, with certifications of ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System obtained.
